On July 1, 2025, two important new laws went into effect, changing the way Florida protects and supports children with autism. Known as the Spectrum Alert Florida autism system and SB 112, the “Autism Bill,” these laws bring new levels of safety, expanded access to therapy, and better training for schools and caregivers.

Spectrum Alert: Protecting Children with Autism
