Our experience with the therapist was positive, however, the customer service provided by the receptionist was extremely disappointing. She failed to acknowledge my greeting of "good morning" and lacked basic courtesy. Additionally, there was a lack of follow-up as they didn't even call to remind us of our next appointment or confirm whether we would be returning. This gives the impression that it's merely a business transaction without genuine concern for the patients' well-being.

I can’t say enough good things about Alicia. We’ve been working with her for 5 months and within this short period of time, she has made a huge difference in our daughter’s speech and confidence. We’re a bilingual family and we can clearly see progress in both languages.

Silvia has been working with my son Jose since august of 2020 . She was able to evaluate my son with the correct problem of reason for how he would pronounce words . Since she started working with José his words are clearer . They asked what are you doing different . My response is not me is the speech therapist he works with silvia.

My daughter is three years old, and she has been seeing Miss Silvia since September 2020. I have noticed a tremendous improvement. Before seeing Miss Silvia, my daughter didn’t point/label objects or pictures, and didn’t speak. After seeing Ms. Silvia, she can communicate with everyone and she can identity/label objects. Miss Silvia is so great with her, and she loves her. We are thankful to meet Miss Silvia.
