Cara is a Speech-Language Pathologist who graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2015. In 2017, Cara obtained a Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology with an emphasis on bilingualism at Florida International University.
Cara has experience in a variety of settings including public schools, private and outpatient therapy clinics, nursing and rehabilitation facilities, and telehealth practice. In 2017 Cara completed the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) program at the University of Miami. This three-month program consisted of gaining knowledge and experience with interdisciplinary approaches including family-centered practice and culturally competent care.
Cara loves working with children of all ages, ranging from early intervention to adolescents. She has experience working with children with a variety of needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disabilities, Down Syndrome, receptive and expressive language, articulation, fluency, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).
During her free time Cara enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her family and cats.

Helbert Vieira is a native Brazilian with over 13 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist working with children, adults, and the elderly mainly specializing in speech and swallowing disorders.
Helbert is a native portuguese speaker and is fluent in English and Spanish as well. Helbert has helped hundreds of Brazilian students to learn english using methods of phonetics and phonology by utilizing a self-made online course that makes learning english both accessible and fun.
Helbert holds an SLPA certification, and his personal and professional focus in life is to help as many people as possible become more confident in their ability to communicate.
His main source of motivation comes from seeing his patients achieve their daily goals and improve their confidence by becoming more effective communicators and improving their overall well-being.

Alicia is a Speech Language Pathology Assistant at Provita Speech, Language and Audiology Associates. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2018 with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Health Administration. She is also a certified Registered Behavior Therapist. In January 2023, she will start her Masters degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Emerson College’s online program to become a fully licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
Alicia discovered her love for Speech and Language through her personal experiences. She attended speech sessions as a child and has supported her younger sibling through their Speech and Language journey. She continues to work with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, Phonological Disorders, Expressive and Receptive Language Disorders, and Pragmatic/Social Language Skills. She demonstrates the compassion required for teaching and relating to parents and children to help further implement in-home care.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family & friends, trying new foods, and going to Disney World!

Hulda Lago graduated from the State University of Bahia (2014). Singer, Vocal Trainer and Vocal Coach, specialist in the area of Professional Voice with a focus on Singing. She studied lyrical singing at the Federal University of Bahia from 1999 to 2004. She was also a Preceptor in the Extension Project: Speech-Language Pathology Practices Developed in Communication (Siatex 7900) in 2014.2 and 2015.1 at the Professional Voice Ambulatory at the Federal University of Bahia, Brazil.
She taught several classes as a guest in the speech therapy course at state and federal universities in Bahia in the area of professional voice. Participated in the Extension Project: "Introduction to music and singing linked to speech singing linked to speech therapy" at the State University of Bahia. She developed scientific research in the area of Professional Voice, where in 2017 she was selected by ASHA: American Speech-Language-Hearing Association to present a Scientific Article entitled: Profile & Vocal Behavior of Backing Vocalists in the City of Salvador - Bahia - Brazil at ASHA CONVENTION EM LOS ANGELES-CA USA.
She is currently dedicated to the application of music in children's communicative development. In her free time, she likes to travel with her family and meet people and places.

Nicole is a licensed SLPA who received her bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University in 2020. She is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Nicole has always had a heart for children. Her professional experience includes working with children of all ages.
Before joining the team at Provita, she worked with children as a preschool teacher. She also has experience nannying and babysitting. Her dedication and passion for working with children led her to a career in speech language pathology.
Nicole is working towards obtaining her Master of Science in Communication Disorders. She is knowledgeable and also has training in working with children with developmental, genetic, and neurological disorders such as autism spectrum disorder, apraxia of speech, down-syndrome, and articulation /phonological disorders.
Nicole enjoys researching and learning new strategies to implement with each her clients. She loves seeing her patient’s reach their goals, no matter how big or small, and celebrates their victories with them. Knowing that each day she is able to help a child achieve something they may not have been able to the day before is the most rewarding part of her day.
Nicole aims to continue making an impact on children’s lives by helping them find their voice so that they are able to communicate functionally with their friends and family.
During her free time, Nicole enjoys singing, photography, traveling, and spending time with her loved ones.

Angélica graduated in Speech Therapy at Faculdade Nossa Senhora de Fátima in Caxias do Sul-RS, Brazil in 2011. She has a postgraduate in Hearing health - Evaluation and Diagnosis in Hearing Health.
The passion for working with children began in teacher training- worked with children as a preschool teacher. Also, worked in clinics for 9 years and institution for special children for 4 years.
Learning to speak is one of the most important things in childhood. Helping children and families communicate went beyond my profession, it became my life purpose.

She was director and speech therapist at APAE (Associação de pais e amigos dos excepcionais) Lapa-Paraná-Brazil.
He worked in clinic and home care, with different pathologies.
Ligiane has always been fascinated by the area of language, even before graduating in speech therapy, and working as an elementary school teacher.

Alessandra graduated in 1999 as Speech-Language Pathology at the Catholic University of Petropolis, Brazil, and a postgraduate in Audiology.
She began her career through internships in clinics, schools, and hearing centers, where she discovered her passion for working with children. She later worked as a nationwide technical responsible for a multinational hearing aid company, providing training, quality control, hearing aid fittings, and professional support to SLPs across Brazil.
In school settings, she has supported children with disabilities by promoting communication development and assisting teachers in adapting classroom strategies. With over 20 years of experience, she has treated a wide range of speech, language, oral-motor, and hearing disorders, with a focus on early intervention.
Outside of work, Alessandra enjoys family time, traveling, and exploring new places with friends.

Miss Tina, as referred to by her clients and families, has a special passion for early intervention and enjoys treating speech sound disorders.

Debora is a native Brazilian and a dedicated Customer Success Representative for Provita, playing a key role in supporting families throughout their therapy journey at the clinic. Fernanda received her bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from the Federal University of Bahia in Brazil in 2005, and her master’s degree in Communication Disorders from Mercy College in New York in 2009. She is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
She has extensive experience evaluating and treating children of all ages with speech sound and language disorders, apraxia of speech, autism, and fluency disorders, including those from multicultural backgrounds. She has worked in early intervention, school settings, private clinics, traumatic brain injury units, as well as at the Bahian Center of Odontologic Studies in Bahia, Brazil. She also has experience in evaluating and treating patients with myofunctional disorders.
She believes in family involvement throughout the therapeutic process to help each child make the best possible progress.
In her free time, Fernanda loves spending time with her two children and husband, working out, and coaching volleyball.

Her passion for working with children started in high school attending the early childhood program. Traveling to different schools each semester being a teacher’s assistant for children between the ages of 2-8.
She has always enjoyed working with children and helping them. Being a speech therapist allows her to do that while having fun.
Outside of work she likes to travel, spend time with friends and family, do puzzles and play video games.

Her passion for working with children began, in fact, at home after the birth of her younger brother. Ever since, she discovered a love for children and enjoys helping them develop the necessary skills to allow them to thrive in every area of their lives. She loves to share in their accomplishments and watch them grow.
Whether a person speaks, signs, or uses other aides, all communication is valuable and important, and all people deserve a way to express themselves.

Kathryn Rogers graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Child and Youth Studies. She has experience working in a variety of settings, including preschools, daycares, and the YMCA.
In 2025, Kathryn attended Florida State University through an online bridge program to obtain her SLPA license and certification.
Kathryn has always been passionate about working with children and making a positive impact in their lives to help them succeed. Her interest in speech therapy grew even stronger after watching her aunt build and manage her own practice, which became a major source of inspiration for her career path.

Sheccid Rojas is a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) at Provita Speech-Language Associates. She graduated from University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and currently holds her SLPA license. She discovered her love for speech and language through supporting her younger sibling throughout their speech and language journey, as well as through her experience working in behavior therapy and as a teacher assistant.
Sheccid has experience working in both private clinic and school settings, providing services to children with a variety of communication needs. She continues to work with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, articulation and phonological disorders, expressive and receptive language disorders, pragmatic/social language difficulties, and other communication challenges. She is passionate about providing family-centered care and helping children build confidence and communication skills through individualized, engaging therapy approaches.

Tamer is a speech language pathologist assistant with a Bachelor’s degree in speech and hearing from Birzeit University in Palestine. Since 2017, Tamer has been working with pediatric patients in clinics and public schools.
In January 2025, Tamer began a graduate program at Nova Southeastern University in Florida, with an expected graduation in the summer of 2027. Tamer is fluent in three languages: Arabic, English, and Hebrew, allowing for effective communication with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Outside of work, Tamer enjoys coaching soccer, participating in sports, baking, and seeking out new learning opportunities.
